PlayStation Blog recently got its hands on a trailer for the very recently monikered PlayStation Move — though it doesn’t really contain any information which hasn’t surfaced over the past few minutes (or rather, months). There’s PlayStation Eye integration, voice support, and — guess what! That ball on top? Totally changes colors.

+ Just Cause 2 trailer analyzes anatomy of the ‘Rocket Launcher Jump’ stunt By admin 09 March 2010 at 5:00 pm and have No Comments

Though we’ve thoroughly enjoyed Just Cause 2 ’s “Anatomy of a Stunt” videos, we’re not sure the one you see posted above is accurately titled. Though the name ” Rocket Launcher Jump ” does capture some of the components of the stunt, it fails to mention a few other important buzzwords; namely “speedboat,” “ramp,” “explosion,” “death,” “aerial,” and “unimaginably awesome.” Do yourself a favor and check out the video above, which we’ve chosen to remoniker “Unimaginably Awesome Speedboat Ramp Jump Aerial Rocket Launcher Explosion Death.” Gallery: Just Cause 2 Just Cause 2 trailer analyzes anatomy of the ‘Rocket Launcher Jump’ stunt originally appeared on Joystiq on Tue, 09 Mar 2010 18:00:00 EST.

According to this first gameplay footage from Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands , all concerns that the new game would forgo elements of exploration and environmental puzzle-solving — and just go all-out “Bruckheimer” — should be allayed. While what we’ve seen of the track editor in ModNation Racers has been impressive so far. But it’s always lacked a certain amount of … carnage.

+ New Street Fighter IV iPhone media arrives on US shores By admin 04 March 2010 at 6:00 pm and have No Comments

Though we all got a first eyes-on with Street Fighter IV ’s iPhone appearance not too long ago via an exclusive early look from GamePro, Capcom just officially released the first video of the game as well as a smattering of new screenshots (all 32 of which have been conveniently compiled by Andriasang ). And while the trailer seen above features the same two fighters (Ken and Ryu) that the last video did, we certainly don’t mind getting another chance to marvel at the uncanny vision of Street Fighter IV being played competitively on iPhones; it’s quite like being drunk in North Korea — something just doesn’t feel right. The trailer also gives a “Coming March 2010″ at the end, so it would seem that we don’t have too much longer before we’ll be able to marvel at the game from the comfort of our own phones

+ Metroid: Other M trailer features a Samus soliloquy By admin 02 March 2010 at 3:00 pm and have No Comments

While we’re happy to see any new media related to Metroid: Other M , this new trailer isn’t doing much to build excitement. Here’s a short list of Metroid standards missing from the video: Samus’s suit Metroids Weapons But on the other hand, it has: The catchphrase used by the annoying AI guide that nobody liked in Metroid Fusion At least, now we know we’ll be able to skip the cutscenes between the awesome shooting sequences.

+ Transformers: War for Cybertron media brings the fight home By admin 26 February 2010 at 3:03 pm and have No Comments

The upcoming Transformers: War for Cybertron seems determined to impress with its rendition of the titular transforming robots’ home world, Cybertron. But see, there’s one crucial mistake made by the game, one that hasn’t been entirely evident until now: No matter what planet he’s on, no matter where he is, Optimus Prime is only allowed to transform into a truck and not Tim Burton’s version of the Batmobile from 1989. Well, okay, we lied — we’ll also accept Optimus in gorilla form , too
